Middle School Girls Art Therapy group is for 11-14 year olds currently in Middle School. This art therapy group integrates therapeutic art making, journaling and talk therapy and focuses on self esteem, self-expression, social skills, relationships, body image, identity, transitions, and managing stress and symptoms such as anxiety and depression. Trans, non-binary, and other marginalized gender teens who would feel comfortable in a girl-identified space are welcome in this group.

Trans, non-binary, and other marginalized gender young adults who would feel comfortable in a women-identified space are welcome in this group.
